About the Event: Join other Princeton alumni and friends for our annual event to welcome newcomers to the UK Club.

 

About the Speaker: Patrica Hewitt MP, lobbyist, campaigner, broadcaster and writer, has played a prominent role in shaping social consciousness and political life in the UK since she arrived from Australia to study at Cambridge University. A former Head of The National Council on Civil Liberties, Patricia became an MP in 1997. In Tony Blair’s administration she rose to the positions of Secretary of State for Trade and Industry in 2001 and Secretary if State for Health from 2005-7.
