Tony McLoughlin Director
London & Capital US Family Office

Tony has been working in partnership with international private clients and their advisers for over 28 years, particularly in North America and the Caribbean. One of his key achievements for London & Capital is to have successfully built dedicated areas of investment excellence within the investment team. Tony was also instrumental in the development of the Group’s US operations. Tony is London & Capital’s technical in-house investment expert on portfolio construction specifically relating to UK resident non-domiciled families and in particular to US citizens living in Europe.

Kristin Konschnik

Withers LLP

Kristin advised companies and individuals on US and international transactional tax matters, including cross -border sales and acquisitions, hedge and private equity fund structures, and tax efficient US inbound and outbound business and investment structures, She frequently advised management on a range of US tax issues, including compensation matters, in private equity buyout and rollover transactions.

Kristin advises clients on tax-efficient giving and the structuring of philanthropic vehicles as well as qualification under, and maintenance of, US Section 501(c)(3) status.

Julian Nelberg Director PwC

Julian is a Director at PwC who specialises in providing UK and US Personal tax and cross border advice to high net worth individuals. Julian is highly regarded within the firm as an expert on UK and US Taxes. He has a wealth of experience in a broad range of personal tax matters; including income and estate tax planning, trust taxation, expatriations, disclosures matters, transactions, divorces, and complex cross border issues.

In addition to his role at PwC, Julian has previously been closely involved with professional tax bodies, in the UK, including as Council member of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) and as a member of the standards committee of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).
